6. Providing the Gift Card
6.1 Delivery costs. The costs of delivery are included in the Points value displayed when you place your order.
6.2 When we will provide the Gift Card. During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the Gift Cards to you.
6.3 We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the Gift Card(s) is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event.
6.4 We are not responsible if you provide us with incorrect or incomplete information. We will not be responsible for any failure or delay in providing the Gift Card(s) to you where this happens because the information you have provided is incorrect or incomplete.
6.5 When you become responsible for the Gift Card. A product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us.
6.6 When you own the Gift Card. You own a Gift Card which is goods once you have redeemed your American Express Membership Rewards Points in exchange for the value of the Gift Card.
6.7 You need to inspect the Gift Card. You are solely responsible for inspecting the Gift Card(s) on delivery, which may be via email, and must contact us via email or telephone within forty-eight (48) hours of your delivery being made if the products you have received are incorrect, damaged or faulty or if there are any delivery discrepancies that have arisen as a result of an error by us or American Express. If we are unable to resolve the issue you must permanently delete or return all incorrect, damaged or faulty products to us as soon as possible. You are responsible for safe carriage of the Gift Card(s) to us and we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Where you are entitled to a replacement Gift Card and once we have received the returned physical Gift Card from you (or, where applicable, once you have deleted or we have cancelled the eCode) we will provide you with a replacement or equivalent product as soon as possible.
